About the role 💡

As our Business Development Manager, you'll work with three main groups:

  1. Gaming hardware companies that make computers, headsets, and other devices.
  2. Video game publishers who create and release games.
  3. Popular brands that want to connect with gamers.

Your job will be to create partnerships between these companies and Voicemod. You'll show them how our voice-changing technology can make their products and games even better for players. You'll help bring our audio technology to more gamers and improve their experience.

What you'll do 💼

  • Build and Develop Business Relationships: Find and connect with gaming hardware companies, game publishers, and brands to create partnerships.
  • Research Opportunities: Look for potential partners and collaboration chances in the gaming industry that could benefit from our voice technology.
  • Share Our Value: Explain how Voicemod can benefit our partners' products and services in clear, engaging ways.
  • Stay Industry-Aware: Keep up with gaming trends, new hardware releases, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Work With Our Team: Collaborate with our engineers and marketing team to create solutions that partners will love.
  • Create Presentations: Make and deliver compelling presentations to show potential partners why they should work with us.
  • Handle Negotiations: Help secure partnership deals that benefit everyone involved.
  • Attend Events: Join virtual and in-person industry events to meet potential partners and stay connected.
  • Share Knowledge: Keep the Voicemod team informed about partnership opportunities and industry insights.
  • Track Results: Keep detailed records of your activities and report on partnership progress.

What you'll need

  • Gaming Knowledge: You understand gaming and the importance of good audio in games.
  • Experience: At least 3 years working in gaming, with focus on hardware partnerships and understanding of game publishing.
  • Technical Understanding: You know about gaming hardware, game development, and how brands work in gaming.
  • People Skills: You're great at building relationships, even in remote settings.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak to senior leadership in external companies.
  • Business Sense: You can identify good partnership opportunities and understand their potential value.
  • Self-Motivated: You can work independently and achieve goals while working remotely.
  • Organization: You're good at managing multiple projects at once.
  • Tech Skills: You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and online communication tools. CRM experience.
  • Travel: You're willing to travel occasionally for important industry events.

Bonus Points 🦄

  • Existing contacts in gaming hardware, publishing, or relevant brands.
  • Previous experience negotiating technology partnership deals.
  • Light knowledge of game development process and technology.

  • 3️⃣ Technical Challenge – Showcase your skills in a real-world task (Up to 120 min).
  • 4️⃣ Final Culture Fit Interview – A conversation about soft skills and ways of working (60 min).

  • A minimum C1 level in English is required. We assess communication skills during interviews.
  • Video interviews: Cameras on, no virtual backgrounds. We use Google Meets.
