About the role 💡
As an Account Manager at Voicemod, your mission will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners and clients — both B2B and B2C — ensuring ongoing value, alignment, and success throughout the entire lifecycle of our deals.
The Account Manager is responsible for the follow-up and coordination of active deals, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring operational and strategic alignment across commercial initiatives. You will work hand in hand with Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal teams to make things happen and drive long-term impact.
What you'll do 💼
- Manage and coordinate the execution and follow-up of B2B and B2C deals, ensuring all contractual commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as their main point of contact within Voicemod.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial agreements.
- Monitor account health and deal performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support internal alignment and documentation across departments to keep all stakeholders informed and focused.
- Contribute to process improvements related to account management, reporting, and deal lifecycle.
What you'll need ✅
- Passion for gaming, with experience in the entertainment industry, video games, or gaming hardware (e.g., headsets, microphones).
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role managing B2B and/or B2C partnerships.
- Familiarity with contract management or coordination with legal teams in commercial agreements.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration across teams like Marketing, Product, Growth, Finance, and Legal.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both with clients and internal stakeholders.
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset — you know how to move things forward and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to understand basic product or technical concepts and translate them into business conversations.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

- Experience using CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Asana).
- International experience working across time zones, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
Hiring Process ⚙️
Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:
- 1️⃣ Initial Call – TA Team (40 min)
A first conversation to get to know you better, validate your background, and explore your fit with both the role and Voicemod’s culture. We’ll also share more about who we are and how we work.
- 2️⃣ Interview – Hiring Manager (60 min)
A deep dive into your previous experience, professional motivations, and your understanding of the industry. You’ll also get a clearer picture of the role and its challenges.
- 3️⃣ Final Interview – Growth Team (60 min)
A conversation with members of the Growth team focused on how you approach top-of-funnel management and opportunity generation. We’ll also explore your collaboration style across teams and your soft skills in day-to-day work.
