About the role 💡

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help scale our real-time voice-changing solutions. In this role, you will focus on optimizing user acquisition and activation, shortening the time to value, and identifying scalable growth opportunities to drive measurable impact.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in growth, who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. By collaborating across product, marketing, and engineering teams, you’ll lead and contribute to initiatives that ensure users quickly experience the magic of Voicemod, shaping the future of sound.

What you'll do 💼

  • Optimize the Growth Funnel: Drive improvements in acquisition and activation processes to enhance user journeys and reduce friction.
  • Identify Growth Levers: Uncover opportunities to drive scalable growth through innovative features, channels, or partnerships.
  • Experiment & Learn: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
  • Own Metrics: Take responsibility for KPIs like user acquisition, activation rate, and time to value, ensuring measurable progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product design, and engineering teams to align goals and execute growth initiatives effectively.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Combine data-driven insights with innovative ideas to drive user engagement and improve activation success.
  • Platform Expansion: Adapt growth strategies for desktop, mobile, and console platforms to broaden Voicemod’s reach.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate on the creation of features that streamline onboarding and boost activation rates.

What you'll need

  • Proficiency in English, B2+/C1: Strong communication skills to collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Experience:
    • For mid-level candidates (P2): 1–3 years of experience in growth, product management, or related roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, gaming, or digital entertainment.
    • For senior candidates (P3): 4+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of driving growth in similar industries.
  • Project Leadership Skills: Ability to organize and manage cross-functional tasks effectively, with demonstrated leadership in complex projects for senior-level candidates.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with growth metrics (e.g., acquisition, activation, and time to value) and analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
  • Experimentation Expertise: Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development; advanced experience for senior profiles.
  • User-Centric & Collaborative: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to drive activation and reduce friction.
  • Interest in Gaming or Audio Products: Familiarity with gaming, streaming, or audio ecosystems is a strong advantage..

Hiring process ⚙️

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:

1️⃣ TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (45min).

2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).

3️⃣ Technical Assessment - A challenge to go deeper on your technical skills and a follow up interview (up to 120 min).

4️⃣ Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
